Site plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
